Family Centers in Pennsylvania are making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Family Centers have been successful in helping participants acquire and maintain jobs, increasing the number of regular dental visits, reducing the use of the emergency room as an additional health care provider and increasing the use of private physicians as primary care providers.
