The Pennsylvania Department of Education - Division of Federal Programs offered a live, online session entitled: Title III: 2009/2010 Application Changes.

- New interpretation of "significant increase" to determineeligibility to apply for Immigrant funds.
- Requirement of a more complete description of Professional Development activities.
- Listing of all Administrative Costs in order to confirm adherence to the 2% maximum allowed for these costs.
