The 2009 Pennsylvania Parent Forum focused on research, parent perspectives and evidence based practices about parent engagement; school readiness; family, school and community connections; and personal and relational factors that support strong results for students. Linking Parent Engagement to Strong Results for Students: Research and Evidence-Based Practices examined insights, research and opinions about challenges and successful strategies in implementing effective parent engagement practices, policies and programs designed to promote strong results for children.
