Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) Technical Specialist

The SWAN Technical Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide information and referral assistance to callers of the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network helplines which includes information concerning adoption, foster care, post permanency services, and other permanency issues. Additional responsibilities include completion of projects, surveys and other duties relating to resource families as assigned by the Office of Children Youth and Families and/or the Prime Contractor for the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network.
