CPSEL is pleased to announce this online panel discussion to help parents with students who are returning or have just returned to school – whether virtually, hybrid or live. Through the lens of social and emotional learning, our panelists will share thoughts, strategies and practices for helping our students returning to school during this challenging time in history.
The panelists are renowned experts who will be featured speakers at the upcoming National Social and Emotional Learning Conference, online May 17-19, 2021.
Dr. Luvelle Brown, Superintendent of the Ithaca City School District in New York, author and award-winning educational leader, will offer his advice as a school superintendent.
Dr. Ed Dunkleblau, internationally recognized social and emotional learning scholar and speaker, will provide ways for parents to apply social and emotional learning approaches in the home.
Elizabeth Cushing, President of Playworks, will share ways to use social and emotional learning approaches through play.
